After eight years as a traditional film festival, we are delighted to introduce the next incarnation of the Hermetic Film Festival. Our new biennial format makes it easier than ever for filmmakers to submit their work and become part of the world’s most esoteric and occult film festival.

There is no longer any need to upload your film to FilmFreeway, and you no longer need to choose an award category. Simply submit your film, and we will take care of the rest. Already have your film on FilmFreeway? We’ve got it covered.

In even-numbered years, the festival will showcase feature-length films across all genres. In odd-numbered years, we will present the finest short films from every genre.
